Shipping Orders
<\/b>The delivery period for the purchase of items is 2 to 5 working days.<\/p>\n

All orders are delivered by hand, at the shipping address you indicate when making your purchase. For this reason, shipments to post office boxes are not allowed.<\/p>\n

The shipping cost is \u20ac 9.95.<\/strong>
Free shipping from \u20ac 45 of order.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Transportation is included in the total price of the order. You don’t have to pay the carrier anything.<\/p>\n

Order Delivery:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022 We ship with SEUR.
\u2022 The carrier will go to the shipping address; If you have any problem finding the address, you will call the number you indicated when buying the products.
\u2022 If there is someone to pick up the order, that person will receive the package and must sign the delivery note.
\u2022 If there is no one, the carrier will leave a paper with a contact phone.
\u2022 You can call that phone to agree on a new day and time for delivery.
\u2022 If, on the second attempt, the carrier does not find anyone when they are going to deliver the package, you must pick up the order at the carrier’s nearest office.<\/p>\n

You can return the products received in the following cases:<\/p>\n

\u2022 If the packaging is damaged. In this case, you must indicate to the carrier that you do not accept it.
\u2022 If the knives are not in good condition, or simply do not meet your expectations.<\/p>\n

In any of these cases, contact us indicating:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022 Your order number
\u2022 What products do you want to return, and what problem do they have?
\u2022 What do you want us to do: exchange products for others, or refund the purchase amount.<\/p>\n

Once we have received your message, we will tell you how to return the product.
The return must be made in the original packaging within 7 days from the date of delivery.<\/p>\n

Refund<\/b><\/p>\n

In the event that the return of an order occurs and if you request it, we will proceed to refund the amount thereof as soon as we validate the problem that generated this return.<\/p>\n

Order cancellation<\/b><\/p>\n

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. If you want to return a product you can do it as indicated in the previous section.<\/p>\n
